Our Mission is to fulfill the individual and group insurance needs of our customers, and in doing so, we must exceed their expectations for service, quality, and value. We will strive to earn our customer's respect and long-term loyalty by working to deliver more than promised, being honest and fair, and going the "extra mile" to provide exceptional personalized service that creates a pleasing business experience. Although our goal is to be the best and not necessarily the biggest or more profitable, our success at satisfying customers will bring growth and the long-term profitability.
ABOUT US
Since 1990, Bill Senna has been providing exceptional insurance products and services for his clients. Bill and his wife Sherwin are the founders and owners of Bill Senna's Insurance Services in Arroyo Grande, California where he sells and services annuities, funeral plans, life, health, disability, long term care, auto and homeowners insurance. Through hard work and consistent effort coupled with a reputation for integrity, he has built a solid base of satisfied clients who recommend him to their friends and colleagues.
Talking about his mission statement, Bill speaks with sincerity. Meet Bill
Bill is a California native, born and raised in Yosemite National Park. Following a military career, Bill and his family located in Arroyo Grande and have lived on the Central Coast since 1974. Bill worked with the US Postal Service and retired as Postmaster of Oceano, Ca. Bill is quite active in the Central Coast area and has held offices with the Oceano Improvement Association (Past President); Oceano Community Services District (Past President); South SLO County Sanitary District (Past President). Presently, Bill is a member of the Masonic Lodge and is a past elected Trustee on the Lucia Mar Unified School District, Board of Education.
